It was a very interesting read. It's all about race, class, caste, and so on. I see some humor in it but also some seriousness. Her writing and thoughts are straight to the poinnt which makes this an easy and caturing read. It is definitely a book open for a serious discussion so I highly recommend it for book clubs.

Can't say I was a fan. I really didn't believe the characters but I wanted to. Some of the story was OK the rest was simply eh...I am just glad it was short and I didn't have to force myself into reading more.

I'm sorry but my head just wasn't in the game. I got about halfway through until I just had no desire to move forth....It wasn't a bad read it just wasn't a fantastic read where I wanted to continue on. Maybe another day I will pick it up and continue on but that seems unlikely.....

Loved it of course! Ordered the next 2 in the series. I don't know why I've waited so long to read this! I did the same with The Hunger Games Trilogy Boxset but the good thing is that I don't have to wait for the next book to be released!

Hippie Boy: A Girl's Story by Ingrid Ricks

Saw this book on Amazon for free 99¢ and thought I would give it a shot. It was OK. I did enjoy it and it was a fast read but eh....

I enjoyed a lot of it but I just felt that there whould be more and I am sure there was. I know a lot of authors have to cut short their pieces but sometimes it is not always good. Most of the time I think it is hard for them to decided on which should stay ofr go.

IN the end I liked it. I wish there were more to it then for what it was.
